Hi, I’m Avu Hajran!
One half of Hajran Curio and also a registered 200hr Vinyasa and Hatha yoga teacher. While trained in both Vinyasa and Hatha, my current focus is Hatha yoga.
What is Hatha yoga? It’s the essence of traditional physical yoga. It embodies a gentle and serene practice suitable for all levels.
Each class is thoughtfully curated around a distinct theme. As your instructor, I’m dedicated to guiding you through a journey of self-discovery and growth, utilizing a variety of yoga poses, breathwork, meditation and other tools tailored to each theme, fostering a holistic well-being. Whether you seek balance, empowerment, stress relief, or a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you, my classes offer a space for exploration. Hatha yoga isn’t just exercise, it represents a spiritual journey toward realizing oneness. Embracing a slower pace and encouraging each student to find their own rhythm and connection.
