Refund policy
'HAJRAN CURIO' RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We take great care to ensure that your parcel arrives safely, but we do accept that some things are out of our control and for that reason will accept returns for refund/exchange for items damaged in transit.
- In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) to alert us of the damage. Proof of purchase is required.
- We may request photogenic evidence of both the outer and inner packaging.
- Return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available a refund can be made.
Keeping the nature of gemstones in mind, please note that there may be imperfections such as cracks, crevices, lines etc. These are all normal, and are not considered a defect. Exceptions can be made if you are unsure whether your product is defective. If that may be the case, please contact us and send us a photo of the item in question.
